1) Government and health fascists creating smokeophobia inciting hate crimes, smokers/non smokers used to live in harmony.

2) Denying 25%of highly taxed, lawful adults the right to congregate and discuss politics, social life, football etc. exclusion 100 metre zones for any public building will be the next move.

3) Dehumanising human beings, parading them in front of non smokers, non drinkers, pedestrians, car drivers, buses, taxis etc. Denying them shelter from rain, snow, sleet, gales, etc. But mostly denying them privacy, paraded like animals in a zoo, mocked, stripped of all dignity.

4) Tobacco a lawful, highly taxed drug, just as addictive as any opiate. Our staff are 100% behind it we can by law employ smokers only if we wish. We are setting up a cauldron of hate through nanny state intervention.

5) Flashpoints caused by forcing people outside, blocking fire exits, entrances, noise outbreak litter etc. And anger between smokers and non smokers. It’s our pub our ½ a million pound mortgage. A sign at point of entrance stating this pub allows smoking everyone welcome, if it offends don’t come in the same as a gay bar.

6) 3.5 times pro rata for unskilled/semi skilled smokers i.e. low paid etc. smoke its an attack against working class people poverty, poor diet low pay kill far more people, giving people a decent wage would do far more good.

7) 82% of people who go to pubs four or more times a week which equates to over 4/5ths of regular pub goers are smokers.

8) Car fumes, diesel, petrol etc. aircraft, ships etc. are unavoidable. Passive smoking, the only avoidable fume, just walk away.

9) Sir Philip green Monaco tax exile, Gulf Stream jet pollution by tax evasion and destroying the ozone layer with all the other tax exiles, private jets, helicopters, yachts and limos they are the real polluters.

10) Total breakdown of law and order decriminalizing drugs caution for cannabis. Lost the war on drugs yet criminalize 14 million smokers comparison £2500 fine for non smoking licensee. £40 fine heroin or cocaine.

11) After smoker’s hit list is drinker’s, obesity etc. Relentless juggernaught each victory won by a few thousand health fascists spurs them on to the next imagined victims of hate.

12) Funerals people who lose loved ones denied the right to a private reception and dignity in their hour of need. How can a large group of mourners who seek privacy and comfort be crammed into your average living room?

13) Divide and conquer government and health fascists want non smokers to hate, shame and snoop on smokers free phone numbers to shop a smoker but pay phone numbers for burglaries, drugs, car crime etc.

14) Discrimination against carers, the handicapped, mentally ill, elderly people, people in bed sits etc the list is endless.

15) Swipe cards will determine the number of units you can drink in a pub the government are developing a swipe card.

16) Plastic glasses will replace glass as more impossible conditions made.

17) Stings, manufactured crime when the resources should be made to catch real under age drinkers and drug dealers/users.

19) Our mortgage 60k we owe £500,000 yet only opens 4 months full time. Sky TV, rates insurance etc. want paid for 12 months. Over a million invested, our pension is our pub.

20) Door staff costs doubled, independents facing bankruptcy like corner shops. Big supermarkets and brewers laughing all the way to the bank.

21) Built the biggest independent family bar in Blackpool, cost 250k shut down because of council interference taken to court for giving out promotional leaflets, they took our A boards put up bollards and virtually stopped us trading.

22) Assaults on my family, staff and customers. My son Derek’s death not investigated properly and my son Hugh’s assault not investigated no protection.

23) National pubwatch an unelected panel who’s chairman and 5 of its members are former policemen. It’s like me being chairman of the police federation. They do not consult or have a national link up with other pub watches. The government has totally failed to ask and consult the people who have to implement and police this unjust law. I want guarantees for my family and staffs safety. Tobacco is as highly addictive as any opiates, my family and staff do not have the expertise to deal with flashpoints caused by the government.

24) Why have the executives of health and safety at national level not shut pubs down? I.e. if I had a death or major accident at my premises I would be shut down if they could prove it was dangerous practise. Of course they can’t get involved because they can’t prove one death due to passive smoking in a pub.

25) Fox hunting ban is a joke, more foxes dying now than ever, country alliance figures swelling Otis odious ferry storms parliament with inside help gets a £300 fine tearing poor animals to pieces for their fun and sport while putting two fingers up to authority. Tally ho lets bash those smokers Boom Boom.

26) The rest of the country set, who us smoking working class don’t understand. The poor farmers, Bernard Mathews gets over half a million compensation for his filthy sheds where the only light the turkeys see is the holes in the roof caused by neglect and where workers have a so called laugh by bashing poor animals in filthy conditions with baseball bats, oh and billions of pounds of our tax paying fags and alcohol given to farmers for foot and mouth disease caused by cheap pig swill and herding animals without disinfectant and proper cleanliness in confined conditions, billions of pounds paid by us for Asian flu, mad cows disease, foot and mouth and subsidies for not producing anything but forced bankruptcies to independent pubs manufactured by politicians and health fascists. No compensation for invented hysteria and hate and fear, politicians have created fag and mouth disease, I want compensation for independent pubs.

27) Why independent pubs? Why not every pub? because the brewers and your weather spoons and punch taverns are no different from the supermarkets, they are killing independent pubs the way the corner shop is killed by loss leading discount. I have one pub, if fag and mouth keeps people who are the salt of the earth staying in their home. Big chains laughing, they buy my bankrupt pub for tuppence and rob the next licensee, they have caused this mass compliance, they don’t want to fight the government for peoples rights, my one pub goes under because I haven’t other pubs to offset profits against, my one pub no protection or compensation for independent pubs, clubs who go to the wall, but the good old tax man compensates the rich chains, I.e. if I own 100, or 1,000 pubs etc if 10% go into the red the other 90% of my estates profits carry the pubs badly effected by the smoking ban, not only that when I get my tax bill for the 90% that make profit I tell the government hold on your not getting all that tax money. I’m going to offset it and acquire on the cheap all those independents you made bankrupt, and the rest of my tax bill will go on the 10% under performing pubs, we will strengthen our estate, evolve the 10% to bar restaurants, latte coffee shops with £2 bottled water, we will move them up market from the nasty smokers, improve the value of our estate and make more acquisitions, we may even sell these estates to venture capitalists who only pay 10% tax either way. Heads we win tails the tax payer subsidies us, and independents go to the wall.

28) Look up hate crime on the internet; I swear it puts this government’s invented hysteria to shame as well as races, religions and genders. It clearly states motivation by bias against an identifiable social group. My political conscience affiliates me to protect and give privacy to 25% of the population, my friends, and 14 million highly taxed lawful smokers. If a lawful drug ( nicotine ) as highly addictive as any opiate does not afford compassion, shelter and understanding then there is no such thing as hate crime.

29) Just like Americas gun lobby, haulage and cars are far stronger lobbyists than ours, diesel and petrol fumes kill far more people etc motorways and roads destroy our country and infrastructure of our tiny island as well as boy racers, drunk drivers and 2 million uninsured drivers.

30) We have the most expensive public transport system in the world, these people who live in ivory towers and incite hate against smokers would be far better channelling their efforts on a cheap efficient ozone friendly public transport system, why not fine car drivers who refuse to walk to the local shop for a newspaper, why not fine a car driver £2,500 for selfishly driving his/her own car? why not shut down newspapers who have let the abuse of human rights happen? after all newspapers destroy rainforests.

31) A legal challenge should be made on national pub watch the chairman and 4 of their members ex police and totally unselected yet boast of meetings with Home Office Ministers, MP’s etc yet allowed the smoking ban without consultation of licensees who are forced to implement it. £200 fine Scotland yet £2,500 fine England why? We are all in the U.K. clearly people who are alcoholics or drug addict dependent are classed as having a disability, nicotine is as highly addictive as all opiates, heroin cocaine etc, yet is sold as a lawful drug raising billions in revenue, clearly lawful nicotine dependence is a disability. I have neither the resources nor experience to handle excluding highly taxed smokers to dehumanise them by bias against an identifiable social group.
